I know that all customer thought that the arranged amount was full and paid the bank charge for your banker. However, when you arrange the payment in US dollar, almost payment has been transacted via New York which is the Intermediary bank between your bank and our bank and this kind of intermediary bank takes some charge US$30 etc and remove it from your payment and just remitted to our bank as reduced amount.
Therefore, this kind of difference is appearing.
Before you arrange the payment, please kindly make sure whether your banker can arrange the payment to our bank without intermediary bank or not. If your banker cannot arrange the payment to our bank directly, please kindly add US$30 or ask the cost of intermediary bank charge.
