Comprehensive insurance for inland delivery services from DES.
Our inland delivery services don't cover the following problems in the case of ordinary insurance (not including comprehensive insurance):
Our services include a condition report written by our driver at the time of collection of the vehicle and to be signed by the clearing agent in DES port. Photos of suspicious damages will be taken by the driver to be produced to the owners and exporters on demand.
Reports and quotes of breakdowns and repairs will be made available to both owner and exporter before repair jobs are authorized. No repair jobs will be authorized unless approval is received by either owner or exporter and confirmation of commitment to compensate for the costs of repairs.

- road accidents (regardless of driver's fault or not)
- breakdowns due to engine or mechanical failure
- stolen parts before the vehicle was collected
- theft of vehicle whilst in custody of our driver
- seizure of vehicle by government officials
- road accidents (CIF value of invoice)
- two truck services to nearest garage/mechanic
- vehicle theft during delivery of vehicle
- death liability.
